Evangelical Catholic Church invites men and women to priesthood discernment during Advent

The Evangelical Catholic Church will be dedicating the Season of Advent to include a unique discernment process for men and women considering their vocation to the catholic priesthood.

During each Sunday of Advent (beginning on December 2nd) Bishop James Wilkowski will be available to meet with potential candidates to the priesthood after its 1:00 PM Sunday Mass at the Church of the Holy Family located at 5749 N. Kenmore Avenue in Chicago. The Bishop will explain the goals of the formation program of the Evangelical Catholic Church and attempt to answer any questions about the priesthood and religious life.

This invitation is also extend to any former or inactive priests who may be interested in returning to their sacramental ministry.
