Diocese to Celebrate Mass
for
Human Rights and Equality

October 11, 2009 

The Evangelical Catholic Diocese of the Northwest is pleased to announce plans to celebrate Mass for the intentions of Human Rights and Equality on Sunday, October 11, 2009, at the Church of the Holy Family, 5749 North Kenmore Avenue in Chicago. 

On Sunday October 11th, a March and Rally will take place in Washington, DC sponsored by national organizations representing and protecting the Human Rights of gay and lesbian American to continue to promote equal rights and equality for all Americans.  Here in Chicago, Evangelical Catholic Bishop James Wilkowski will celebrate Mass for the intentions of Human Rights and Equality at the 3PM Mass at the Church of the Holy Family. 

The Bishop's homily will address the relationship between the Cross and Equality.
