Bishop Suspends Schedule
due to family illness
On the eve of his 10th Anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood, the Evangelical Catholic Diocese of the Northwest announces with regret, that Bishop James Wilkowski is suspending his schedule of activities to focus the the health care needs of his mother, Mary Wilkowski. Mrs. Wilkowski has been twice hospitalized in recent months and her condition has become of deep concern to the Bishop and also to Mrs. Wilkowski's doctors.
The Bishop will continue celebrating Mass each week at Holy Family, but must excuse himself from his many activities with organizations locally and nationally.
This Bishop asks that his mother be included in the prayers by those praying the for the intentions of those who are struggling with illness.
